For all service options, we begin with a 2-hour initial intake to go over your history and health goals. After the Initial Assessment, we'll work one-on-one with your unique Mind-Body Type (Dosha) to help you achieve optimal health by working with your natural rhythms. Packages available in 4, 8, or 12 week increments.

This is a seasonal package which includes four 2-hour sessions per year (1 at the beginning of each new season). This is great for following up after working together for 1-3 months, OR for those who understand the basics of Ayurveda, but want support harmonizing with the season.

This package is for the ones who are self-starters, who don't want weekly support, and just want all the juicy info about their Ayurvedic Mind-Body type. This is a written out package of your Dosha, food lists, recipes, guidelines, tip sheets, & seasonal advice prepared for you after the Initial Assessment.
