Spring Cleanse
3 Week Group Course

This program is specifically designed to reduce the overwhelm of all the possible cleanses and diets that are trending, and help support you to feel vibrant, energized, and  inspired while reducing unwanted symptoms. This cleanse will help to improve your energy, sleep, digestion and help you to get grounded in your body with the support of an intimate community. Spots are limited!


What To Expect

This 3-week Spring Cleanse is a perfect way to reduce overwhelm, stagnation, low energy, excess weight, excess heaviness, lethargy, and sluggishness accumulated during Winter.  This group cleanse will be led via zoom, once per week.  There will also be an optional "office hours" meeting once per week to address any questions or symptoms that arise during the cleanse. 

We'll cover Ayurvedic principles for cleansing your mind and body so you feel energized, radiant, and inspired for the next season of your life. We'll also cover tips, shifts, and practices to get into a more harmonious state of health, with the support and accountability of a group.

Hillary Mendoza is a Certified Clinical Ayurvedic Practitioner specializing in helping clients achieve optimal health with customized nutrition, herbs and habits to support their body’s unique rhythms and cycles. She’s helped clients heal PCOS, anxiety, depression, chronic yeast infections, hormonal imbalances, digestive issues, allergies, skin conditions, and helped people get deeper sleep and more energy.

Hillary received her certification as a Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist and Pancha Karma Therapist from the California College of Ayurveda in 2015,  and from the Dhyana Center in 2019 with an emphasis in Lymphatic Massage, Women’s Health Massage (Breast Care), and Ayurvedic Health & Wellness Coaching.

"OMG I feel like a brand new woman! Yesterday I was watching other workshops after your class, then I remembered hearing you say “Do Less.” 

Instead of consuming more information, I cleaned my space, and was in bed at 10PM, which is rare for me, fell asleep, woke up at 5:45am, questioned going back to sleep, realized the sun would be up in an hour-ish, so I did a meditation, dry brushed, did an infrared sauna, took a cold shower, did a body scrub, then went on a walk with the sun rising and... WOW!!!!


This is a whole new way of being. AND I’m already down 2 lbs. Yay for shifts happening and things working and things flowing. I'm VERY VERY EXCITED for this to continue to unfold.
