These swoon-worthy stuffed dates are satiating, gooey, salty-sweet, and feel naughty but are secretly so nourishing. Perfect for winter… the best hot girl dessert hack when you want something sweet but don't want to feel like sh*t after.
Dates are naturally grounding, warming, and ojas-building — especially in winter. Pairing them with healthy fats (like tahini, nut butter, or brazil nuts) adds stability for blood sugar, hormones, and glow.

Ingredients
8 medjool dates
4–6 Tbsp almond butter, tahini, sunflower seed butter, or a few large brazil nuts
2 Tbsp cacao nibs (or chopped high-quality dark chocolate)
Pinch cinnamon, cardamom, and/or nutmeg
Pinch flaky sea salt
Instructions
Use a small knife to make a lengthwise slit in each date. Gently remove the pit. (or buy them already pitted).
Spoon your nut butter, seed butter, or place your brazil nut into the center of each date.
Top with cacao nibs (or chocolate), spices, and flaky sea salt.
Notes
Medjool dates work best for this recipe — they’re larger, softer, and easier to stuff.
You can also buy pre-pitted dates to make prep even easier.
Freeze for 10–15 minutes for if you like a denser or fudge-like texture.
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3–5 days (if they last that long) ;)
Flavor Variations (for Ultra-Sultry Swoon-Worthy Stuffed Dates)
