Vata (space + air)Governs movement, creativity, and the nervous system.When balanced, Vata is inspired, light, and adaptable.When out of balance, it can show up as anxiety, bloating, dryness, insomnia, or overwhelm.


Pitta (fire + water)Governs digestion, metabolism, and transformation.When balanced, Pitta is focused, driven, and confident.When out of balance, it may show up as inflammation, irritability, skin issues, acid reflux, or burnout.


Kapha (earth + water)Governs structure, stability, and nourishment.When balanced, Kapha is grounded, loving, and resilient.When out of balance, it can appear as heaviness, sluggish digestion, weight gain, congestion, or low motivation.
